I attended my first yoga class in 1989 and was immediately hooked. I qualified as a Hatha yoga instructor in 1995. In 2004 I completed an Ashtanga teacher training course with David Swenson (USA) and in 2006 gained Yoga Alliance accreditation in Ashtanga yoga under the instruction of Anto Kearney.

I am interested in person-centred teaching and have a Masters in Education from Trinity College. I believe that yoga can benefit everyone, regardless of age or physical condition. I have taught people from age 5 to 75. Currently I teach primary school children and GAA players as well as working with financial services companies and the City of Dublin VEC.

I attend regular yoga workshops and passionately believe that yoga is essential for my health and well-being. In addition I am an  Indian Head massage therapist and a reflexologist. These treatments complement the benefits of yoga to help keep me energised and healthy.
